By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

We’re a small southern-owned handmade shop — thank you for supporting us! 💛





1. Ordering & Processing



  • Orders begin processing once payment is received.
  • Most orders are handmade & made-to-order. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, not including shipping.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — message us first.






2. Custom & Personalized Orders



  • Custom items must be approved before purchase.
  • Once design work has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Proofs will be sent when needed — we do not print/press until approved.






3. Payment



We accept all major payment methods via Shopify’s secure checkout.

Once payment is processed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.





4. Shipping



  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
  • The Hunny House is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather.
  • If your package is marked “Delivered,” but you can’t find it, please contact your local post office. We cannot replace items lost after delivery.

Custom items are non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our end.
