Processing Time



  • Each product is handmade with care.
  • Average processing time is 5–10 business days before shipping.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take a little longer — you’ll always be notified if so.
  • Need it fast? Message us about rush orders (extra fee may apply).






Shipping & Delivery



  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or weather.
  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, please contact your local post office.
    We cannot replace items marked as delivered.






Lost / Damaged Packages



If your item arrives damaged:


  1. Take clear photos of the packaging & item.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We’ll help file a claim OR send a replacement depending on the situation.






Custom & Personalized Items



Custom orders are made just for you — these cannot be returned or refunded unless the mistake was ours.





Address Issues



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost.
