Thank you for supporting Latrisha’s Custom Design. Every item is made with care and printed/pressed in-house. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our policy below before purchasing.



📦 Returns & Exchanges



  • Custom & Personalized Items
    These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
  • Non-Custom Items
    May be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.




🧾 Order Issues / Damaged Items



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:


  1. Email us at [your email here] within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number + a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will remake or replace the item at no cost to you




🚫 No Returns On



  • Used or washed items
  • Digital downloads or design files
  • Sale items / clearance items
  • Tumbler wraps after being pressed




📩 Cancellations



Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After work has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.
