Every custom order starts with your idea! Simply choose the product you’d like to personalize and include as many details as possible, such as:

• Colors
• Names or wording
• Theme or occasion
• Fonts
• Inspiration photos
• Logos (if applicable)

One complimentary mockup is included with your order. Minor revisions are welcome. If additional design concepts or major revisions are requested, a non-refundable design fee may apply and will be credited toward your final purchase if you proceed with your order.

Once your design is approved, production begins. Most custom orders are completed within 7–10 business days (unless otherwise noted). If we need additional information, we’ll contact you before production starts.

• Custom Tumblers: 3–5 business days
• Custom Apparel: 7–10 business days

Processing time begins once your order has been placed, payment has been received, and all personalization details have been finalized.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on our current production schedule.

Yes! Every custom order includes one complimentary digital mockup for your review and approval before production begins.

Please review your mockup carefully for spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement. Minor revisions are included at no additional charge. If you request a completely different design concept or multiple additional mockups, a non-refundable design fee may apply. Any design fee paid will be credited toward your final purchase if you move forward with your order.

Once you approve your mockup, your order will move into production. No changes can be made after approval, so please ensure everything is exactly how you’d like it before giving final approval.

To help your custom items last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:

Custom Apparel

• Machine wash cold, inside out.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.

Custom Tumblers

• Hand wash only with warm, soapy water.
• Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave.
• Do not soak for extended periods.
• Avoid dropping or exposing the tumbler to extreme heat.
• Dry thoroughly after washing.
